Comfort Care Registry is a collective of independent people, practitioners, and professionals who provide supportive, dignity‑centered care in home, online, and/or over the phone.  We connect families with professionals and providers who offer emotional, physical, practical, and grief support during serious illness and end‑of‑life transitions.
 
Our registry includes everyone from assistance and advocates, to Care Partners and Caregivers, palliative and respite providers, hospice‑aligned support, and more — with each person, professional, and practitioner operating independently under their own scope and practices.
 
Our purpose:  To give families access to a vettable directory of support while honoring comfort, peace, dignity, and emotional wellbeing — without replacing medical care or guaranteeing outcomes.
 
About our Registry: Our registry is combination “directory” and  “membership community”. The directory is available to the public for free, and is searchable by Country, State/Province, City, and Category/Specialty. Member providers are automatically included in the directory, but are also welcomed into the private membership community. At launch, pricing will be affordable and reasonable.
 
About our Wait List: To be notified as we approach our launch date, and to be eligible for Special Introductory Pricing, please register your name and email address in the following form.
